RM Developments undertook all development management and provided construction superintendency services, inclusive of tenant management and fit-out.

This $16 million Queensland residential development adjacent to the Palmer Coolum Resort Golf Course on the Sunshine Coast includes 25 luxury townhouses within a gated community. RM Developments undertook all development management in a consulting role.
TANBY HEIGHTS
This $8 million land sub-division project at Yeppoon, northeast of Rockhampton in central Queensland, offering acreage lots with coastal views to Great Keppel Island. RM Developments delivered stage two of this sea-view estate.
